Video and audio
Sound and microphones according to your package. The 3 × 2 m LED wall is included from Conference upwards. Technical support and managed production are agreed separately.
Room setup
Six layout options: theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom, cabaret and panel. All table layouts use rectangular tables. The setup is agreed around your participants and programme.
Dining
Add a coffee break, lunch, aperitif or dinner to your meeting proposal.
Accommodation
12 guest rooms for speakers and guests, subject to availability on your dates.

Kitchen hire with an external chef or caterer
€300 per event
Additional hours: €50/hour
Includes
- Kitchen use for up to 6 hours
- Electricity and gas
- Use of equipment agreed in advance
- Standard final cleaning
The external chef or caterer remains responsible for staff, food, HACCP, allergens and correct use of the equipment.
Any damage or additional deep cleaning is excluded and charged separately.
